When i try to emerge libstdc++-v3, i got this error:

Unset:  ASFLAGS, CTARGET, LC_ALL, PORTDIR_OVERLAY

Have a look at this bug: bug 56707, and this thread: Portage craziness and libstdc++-v3. In your case it shouldn't be -mtune breaking things as the ebuild filters it, but have a look at flags like -ftracer, which I don't think exist in gcc 3.3.

I try even with

but didn't work...

BTW, i don't think is the same error...
If you look the flags was stripped out (just -O2 -pipe -march).

Hmm. Does the /var/tmp/portage/libstdc++-v3-*/work/libstdc++-v3-*/config.log show anything helpful?

That's cool.
I look in /var/tmp/portage/libstdc++-v3 and I see in all config.log all references to the olds CFLAGS... so I purge the whole directory... and... MIRACLE (with limited CFLAGS). :)
