Setup Wireless with a Cisco Aironet 350 PCMCIA Card

I have a Cisco Aironet 350 PCMCIA Wireless Card, and I was wondering what is envolved with getting this to work. I have never used wireless in linux before so if you could be as detailed as possible. For instance, what would need to be in the kernel to enable, wireless and pcmcia and what else would be required to get this card to work.
