The last few times I've done an emerge sync followed by emerge -up --deep world, I've got portage saying it wants to update the following:

[ebuild UD] app-text/docbook-sgml-dtd-3.1-r1 [4.1-r1]
[ebuild UD] app-text/docbook-sgml-dtd-3.0-r1 [4.1-r1]
[ebuild UD] app-text/docbook-sgml-dtd-4.0-r1 [4.1-r1]

As you can see, I've already got version 4.1-r1 installed but it wants to install 3 other versions. When I type 'emerge -up docbook-sgml-dtd', I get:

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies ...done!

None of the other packages seem to depend on these packages so I don't know why portage wants to downgrade them. What gives?
