I wanted to update my glibc so I typed this:
emerge --update glibc
But the program that needed glibc 2.3 still says that I need glibc 2.3.
I think I have to do something to activate the new glibc but wat ? |

Did you recompile this application after you upgraded glibc? _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |

It's a binary. So no compiling here. But I get this error : GLIBC_2.3 not found (required by /usr/local/bin/ROX-Session) |

Can you try this: Code: | $ ls -l /lib/libc.so.6
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 13 Dec 10 16:48 /lib/libc.so.6 -> libc-2.3.1.so |
