|
|
I have a Logitech MX1000, and it's most excellent for games. The scroll wheel works in Cedega (even though it's like mouse11 and mouse12, must be referred to the zaxismapping in x11.conf). I would like to have my side buttons available for use as grenade buttons in TFC under Steam, and it supports only mouse4 and mouse5. Currently (by default), they are scrollwheel push left and scrollwheel push right and with mouse1 as fire, mouse2 as jump, and the shape of the mouse, I can't prime 'n' play.....
Should be a simple fix, but what is the best way to do this?
Thanks! |

Extra mouse buttons HOWTO
Don't know if it'll work with Cedega or not, give it a try. |

Cedega is very shoddy. I've never had any sort of luck in my attempts to remap, sorry. |

I have never used Cedega, but using imwheel to map to keystrokes as shown in the howto seems like it should work. Please post back if you have luck, or find a way to make it work. _________________ rtylershaw: "My computer doesn't even work and I love this distro. Weird." |
