hmmm. i did the mistake to delete a file while another was deleting from konqueror. big mistake. now i can browse the web. but if i try to open a directory on the hd the browser freeze and die. and if i go into bash and type kfmclient exec . same thing happens. this only appends to this user. not the other. any ideas of what files i should delete to make it work again?? i deletet the whole /tmp dir just to make sure it was not anything there. HELP. |

well. i figured this one out myself. if anybody has the same problem. i deleted all files named konq* in $HOME/.kde/share/config have not narrowed down whitch of the files who are makeing the error yet. but will next time it happens.
EDIT: The file is: $HOME/.kde/share/config/konqiconviewrc
and konqsidebartng.rc
delete it and everything is OK again. =) |

Thanks for your tip. Worked perfectly. By accident I only removed
konqsidebartng.rc. Though one thing I don't understand is why it was crashing.
