In the 2004.3 release note there is
Quote:

The following supported architectures are tentatively releasing 2004.3:

Architecture Subarch(es) Expected Components for 2004.3 Release Coordinator(s)

sparc sparc32, sparc64 LiveCDs, stages, GRP, Release Notes weeve, gustavoz

But I can't find 2004.3 sparc32 on any mirrors :(

Actually there's no 2004.3 release for sparc32.
There's a plethora of reasons for this that would make 2004.3 for sparc32 pretty much beta-quality (in a best-case scenario), like lack of interest in testing, general slowness on the platform and others.
For the time being your best choice would be to fetch the 2004.2 stages and use that with the 2004.1 livecd.
I may consider releasing sparc32 media again if there's interest, but it would require people willing to test stages, media and stuff on different sparc32 models.
Sorry :(
