Anyone know of a Mac OS X-like launchbar, so it magnifies as you go over it with the mouse, or even bounces when you launch something? _________________ open like a child's mind. |

Not as cute as the Mac OS X one...but if you take the KDE launch bar, remove the clock, the hiding buttons, the logout buttons, the system tray, and everything else aside your launch buttons....
You have an option to make icons get bigger when the mouse hovers over them...so it kinds of give it a MacOSX look |

But with the advent of ObjectDock, wich is a Windows-freeware, what he wants is a little bit more. But it shouldn't be impossible for the kde-folks to hack something like that in. Die-hard desktop-tweakers and travellers in clutter like myself would drool, but I'm not sure everybody else would approve. _________________ C is for Cookies! |

Hmm. i'm not at my box right now, but doesn't KDE Have the ability to add extra panels, which are pretty much entirely customizable. wouldn't this achieve the desired results? |
