Hi!

Yesterday I emerged Mozilla 1.2b. It compiled well, but when I run it, it terminates with the exit code 11. What does it mean? I searched google and mozilla.org, but did not found any description of Mozilla exit codes. Did anyone succeed on installing mozilla-1.2b on Gentoo Linux?

Also, is it possible to link Galeon against Mozilla 1.2b? emerge -p galeon requires mozilla-1.0.1, but accourding to the Galeon homepage, it should be compatible with 1.2b.

I had the same problem. 1.2b emerged fine, but then it wouldn't run. Entering "mozilla" at the command line resulted in it just dying after a few seconds.

Then I moved my ~/.mozilla folder, and it died with a segfault.

So I switched back to 1.1.

You aren't using gtk2/xft2 are you? I've heard quite a few reports that Moz will just die like that with that combination...
