Can I change the default web browser?

I've got gentoo running, and it's on 95% of the time at home now =)

However, I want to use opera. I've changed the mime-types setting, but that only works for things with a .*htm* extension. If I write http://gentoo.org/ in Kopete, for example, then click to open it, it opens in Konqueror.

Is there any way to change that? (command line should be "/opt/opera/bin/opera -newwindow %s")
