Russian speaker requested

Greetings (Russian) people,

We seem to have a problem with the Russian mailhost-thingy called mail.ru. They've blocked all our outgoing E-mailservers for a reason unknown to us.

We tried to reach them by mail, and kindly request them to whitelist these servers....but all their responses are in Russian, a language which no one here speaks, and the servers are still not whitelisted.

So our next plan is to contact them by phone, but their site is Russian as well, which makes finding the correct telephonenumber a bit hard.

Could someone familiar with the Russian language (should be plenty in this Russian subsection

) look around mail.ru, and see if we can contact them by phone? Preferably their Abuse-department or Mail-department. Should there be none, maybe they have a Helpdesk of some sort?

But there are no technical contacts, they are:
1. Adverts and discounts (with phone) [keand@]
2. Partners and marketing companies [artamonova@]
3. Marketing manager [troitskaya@]

Я так понимаю, что всё это вдреса в @mail.ru - а туда автор сообщения написать не сможет, у него же из-за этого и проблема. Сорри за русский, на английском написать не смогу, можете перевести

Did you request for whois information about mail.ru? It contains some telephone numbers in full notation and abuse mail contact (abuse _at_ corp.mail.ru).
You may count on what one can to help this thread.

Yeah. I'm 100000% sure that if he will call these numbers, he will talk with speaking-in-russian-only person.
