|
|
Hi.
I'm trying to install ltsp-core as described in http://www.pfm.ee/gentoo/ ,
but when i try to emerge ltsp-core I get:
"emerge: all ebuilds that could satisfy "ltsp-core" have been masked"
and there's no mention about this package in my package.mask
any suggestion?
Thanks in advance. |

It ain't in the main portage tree is it? you have to download the tar.gz from his site unpack it and put it in some dir (/usr/portage.local/net-misc for example) and than ad PORTDIR_OVERLAY=/usr/portage.local in /etc/make.conf. Try if you can find it with emerge -s ltsp-core.
Ps. KEYWORDS="...." inside a ebuild script can also mask a package if you haven't added it to your ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="...." in /etc/make.conf.
Ps. Although you can put it in /usr/portage dir the main portage dir emerge rsync will clean it out that's why you should use PORTDIR_OVERLAY.
Ps. I don't use it.
