Hi,
In Fstab I let Linux automatically mount all my windows partitions at boot time. But On my Gnome2 desktop it shows icons for all the partitions. I don't want that, where can i disable that?

You probably have them user mountable, that's why they appear on the desktop. If you mount them anyway at boot time and don't need to unmount/remount them, just remove the "user" option in the fstab file on each line corresponding to your Windows partition. The only difference is that now you will need to su to unmount them. _________________ "May God stands between you and harm in all the empty places where you must walk" - Babylon 5 |
