Since computers take after their owners (or is that dogs?), I named
my computer "majesty," and the spouse's computer "goofball." :)

Simple scheme here...

Router = Arthur
Fileserver = Kay
My workstation (1) = Gauen
My workstation (2) = Bedwere
Brother's workstation = Launcelot
Other brother's workstation = Trystram
Mom & dad's system = Lucane

Yeah, I know... not very creative... but hey, enough names for upcoming systems left. ;)
(Galahallt, Percyvale, Lyonell, Garethe, Blubrys, Lacotemale, Plomyde, Lamorak, Bors, Safer, Pelleus, Ectorde, Dagonet, Degore, Brumear, Lybyus, Alynore, Mordrede)

PS: Yes, I use the spelling used on the original Winchester Round Table. :)

"Fileserver Kay".. has a sort of ominous ring to it, don't you think? ;)

Nice names, though I think I'd go a bit crazy trying to spell them every time I had to scp some files, et al.

Because Kay is considered as Arthur's enemy in some legends this name fits my SMB-server well I think (I hate samba).
In earlier myths and legends Sir Kay was the slayer of various monsters - so is this system my weapon against the Windows systems of my younger brother and my mom and dad.
Too bad I'm moving to my own flat in about a month... should rename it then. ;)

And you get used to type the names after some weeks. :)
