|
|
It seems no matter what I do procmail wants to keep messages caught as spam as $HOME/.maildir I haven't set this anywhere and my $MAILDIR is $HOME/Maildir/
everything else seems to be working with the setup as far as I can tell but for some strange reason if a message is caught it is appended to the file $HOME/.maildir. I would like to change this or eliminate it all together.
Any help would be appreciated.

How are you filtering spam? Spamassassin or just procmail configs?
So you have -maildir and mbox set in your USE flags? _________________ Talk is cheap because supply always exceeds demand. |

If I understand correctly, if you do not implicitly add -maildir (note the minus symbol) all your mta's etc. will be built using .maildir functionality.
I tend to turn it off:
USE="[all your flags] -maildir mbox"
I do think you'll need to rebuild your mta's (postfix etc.) unless postfix is told not to use maildir in main.cf _________________ Talk is cheap because supply always exceeds demand. |
