Hallo Gentoo Community,
hab mal ne Frage zum Thema Proxy Server. Habe mal am Rande mitbekommen, das es über den Squid Proxy Server ein add On gibt, das im temporären Verzeichnis, nach Viren sucht, und die Übertragung an die Clients nicht zulässt.
Persönlich nutze ich zwar eh nur Gentoo, trotzdem interessiere ich mich für diese Funktion. Hat damit schon jemand Erfahrungen machen können? Gibt es vielleicht ein verwendbares Online Howto? Bin über jede Info bezüglich Konfiguration und eingesetztem Virenscanner dankbar.

Bei'm oav - http://sourceforge.net/projects/openantivirus/ - findest' einen squid-vscan, dürfte sich allerdings um ein recht frisches Projekt handeln, hab' keine Ahnung ob / wie gut das Teil funktioniert.
Find's aber manchmal schon komisch wohin sich die Welt so bewegt... Vor ein paar Jahren noch da haben Mailserver Mails zugestellt, heutzutage sind sie hauptsächlich mit Viren- und Spam-Scans beschäftigt - und als nächstes sind jetzt wohl die Proxies d'ran...
