sometimes i think that we spend 24/7(more or less) at the pc to study the programming languages that can do almost same things(don't argue about this please), to see hmm it's a damn programm bug and not me, ...

what would happened if one day you would not be able to use the pc anymore? or even worse all pcs would be gone ? yeap even the xbox you might have installed linux and your old ibm or whatever..., just the "game stations" would be left (which i never had one :/) (for whatever reason, restrict order, all pcs in the world burned,... just try to immagine) what would that leave us with ?
what would we be in comparision to those that didn't use a pc at all or that much(too much)?
years of experience with a thing that is gone ? that's scarry when i think about it... 8O

Fire would rain from the sky, Lucifer himself would appear, and uh, um, take Mel Gipson with him for funding that crappy movie.

Then the sun would come out and everybody would be forced to go outside.

I'm actually not sure why you would think about such things, as it cannot happen.

I'd probably lose weight, get a darker tan, have more friends.

I seriously think computers are evil.

it probably means we would all have to practice our hand-writing again. how odd must it feel to hold a pencil again and writing stuff on paper.

i can only imagine the joy when the first spelling mistake is made and an eraser is required. hehe!

I'd take a nap. Wake up, read a book and visit friends that I met online and then become more athletic. :P

But that will never happen.

I doubt I would cease to exist just because my computer was taken away.

I'd probably read a lot more. And maybe fish more too.

I suppose maybe I would meditate even more and do even more martial arts training. Basically it would just make my other activities take more time in the day.

I'd have 8 hours a day to be more productive, seriously, I sit there and fool around with stuff and learn stuff that only has meaning in a reality created from electrons.

Me too. Maybe more like 4 hours. Those four hours I can spend with friends and my girlfriend. Nah, I'd rather take a nap.

I'd pursue my other intersts, which would be science, instead of functions and system calls, it'd be atoms and things of that nature

you can quote more than one post in each post.

you just have to do it manually with the [ quote="username" ] tags.
