|
|
Hello all,
I've got a Canon G2 camera and want to download my pics.
Now, I can download them all right with gphoto2.
If I use either gtkam or digikam, they detect the camera but then they say:
Camera Error : Failed to initialize camera.
Please ensure camera is connected properly and turned on
or
Cour not initialize camera.
Debug in gtkam gives the following messages when saying ok after camera detection:
Loading '/usr/lib/gphoto2/2.0/libgphoto2_canon.so'...
Opening USB port...
*** ERROR *** Could not claim interface 0 (Success). Make sure no other program or kernel module (i.e. dc2xx) is using the device and you have read/write access to the device.
Freeing camera...
Freeing port...
Closing port...
*** ERROR *** Could not release interface 0 (Success).
Internally deleting all folders from '/'...
Can anybody help??
Thanks

Got it!
A Code: | # /usr/lib/libgphoto2/print-usb-usermap >> /etc/hotplug/usb.usermap |
did the magic... _________________ Allting har en ende, pølsen den har to. |
