You need to have loopback filesystem support compiled into your kernel, or if it's compiled as a module, the module needs to be loaded (it's called "Loopback Device Support" under the "Block Devices" section in your kernel config). _________________ "An empty head is not really empty; it is stuffed with rubbish. phong is right, but I want to add that if you are talking of a bin image, kind of made with cdrwin or the like, you need to convert it to the iso image format. There are two utilities to do that, and both of them are on the portage tree. They are bchunk and bin2iso. I personaly prefer and use bchunk. _________________ ·-=: lanark :=-· |
