Есть трабла:
Есть PCI контроллер SATA Silicon image 3112A на котором висит один хард WD1600JD и всё б ничего, но при попытке обратиться к этому диску из под universal-2004.2 заканчиваются вполне трагично, сначало программа (в моём случае fdisk) замирает на минуту, а потом выдаёт ошибку DMA.
И такая ошибка вылетает вне зависимости от того какое ядро и с какими параметрами (noacpi и noapm пробовал) грузить.
В форуме поискал нашёл кучу всего, но ничего дельного, как правило люди жалются на интегрированные чипы и проблемы другие. А у меня то /dev/sda существует, а вот доступа к нему нету :(
