kdegraphics 3.1rc1 fails docbook

Hi,

I'm trying to emerge kde3.1rc1, but when kdegraphics has run the configure script it has many lines of the following ilk:

And lots more where that came from. Any ideas what is going on?

After following those steps I could emerge kde
