random segmentation aults

Building from an existing Gentoo brings a lot of segmentation faults. do that from another distro (like knoppix) all works fine.
I've tested with all kind of CFLAGS from "-02 -march=i686" to more optimized builds (-fomit-frame-pointer a.s.o).

what is your host-distro to start building gentoo? has someone similar trouble?

You might want to review the FAQ:
Why am I getting segfaults and lockups with Gentoo? I've run other OSes and distros on this hardware with no problem.
