i emerged gnome-2.6.2 (upgraded from 2.6.1) but when i enter the system i cant use my desktop and i dont see any icons... what can i do? _________________ BUFU = Buy Us Fu*k U !

Works fine here, maybe GCC3.4 related.

Code:

gcc version 3.3.3 20040412 (Gentoo Linux 3.3.3-r6, ssp-3.3.2-2, pie-8.7.6)

Also, try deleting all the gnome shit from your home directory, I always do when I upgrade versions as a precaution.
