winex / warcraft 3 bug with gentoo kernel

hello...

i had some problems with the gentoo (1.4 rc1) kernel (r9) and winex / wacraft 3 ... i can only
play wc3 once... and after that the game isn't starting any more... there must be a
prob with some of the kernel patches in the default gentoo kernel ... with the vanilla kernel
everything runs fine...

... maybe someone can tell me... if there will be a fix in the next gentoo kernel?!
