Shorewall drops connection

I've a very basic shorewall config: original from portage + two-interfaces config. After basic configuration all seems to work. Added support for ssh from net to fw and from loc to fw. The connection from net to fw works just fine but the one from loc to fw drops after one or two minutes. Same with miranda im from a windows client: It connects, works fine for a minute and then goes offline.
