Problems with Waimea 0.3.5

Hi,

Had been using v.0.3.3 for a while now, with no problems whatsoever. Hadn't changed the default theme at all, but I had edited /usr/share/Waimea/menu to customise the menu for all users.

Thought I'd emerge v.0.3.5 - seemed to go fine, but has reverted back to the default menu. ~/.waimearc points to /usr/share/Waimea/menu - and this file still contains my customisations, but they aren't being displayed. In desperation I also tried changing ~/.wmrc to "waimea --menu-file=/usr/share/Waimea/menu", but everytime I restart waimea, .wmrc gets changed back to just contain "waimea".

Hopefully this is just me being dumb, but it's totally confusing me, and is beginning to get on my nerves...

Any suggestions?
