Ok I know this has been asked about a million time but I ran accross this screenshot and I can't help myself that I can have this for me too :

He use the experimental xft mozilla for RedHat. Found here :

ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/experimental/xft/Red_Hat_8x_RPMS

Is there a way to make mozilla look like this AND without the plugin problem because from what I've read you have to compile it with GTK2 but not sure.
