hello!
i have a problem and i don't know what to do now:
if i start my linux-system then xdm starts automatically (the login-screen). but the problem is that at this xdm "session"
a wrong resolution is shown, and not the resolution that i have configured in XF86conf! and after login (--> enlightenment)
the wheel doesn't work!
it seems that at systemstart the XF86conf wouldn't be used.
but if i configure that xdm DOESN'T start at startup, so that i alway comes to the console first and if i start "xdm" manuelly
then everything is ok (resolution and wheel).
what is wrong?
it seems to me that at system startup there would be used a other config file as when i start xdm automatically.
i also don't know if the failure is by xfree, xdm or anything else.
please could you help me???
maybe the failure is anywhere else as i think...
thank you
shorty
