Sound Problem in all FullScreen Games

I hope someone can help me out.

Here is the problem, since the last update my sound doesn't work on games that start in full screen (AKA: GTA:VC, EnemyTerritory, NFSU,Quake3,GL117) while windowed games (AKA: Graal, FlightGear,Imaze) have sound and it works fine.

I don't noe what to do and my dad (whos too busy to do anything these days other than work) doesn't want to evn try and see whats wrong

I NEED HELP!!!! PLAYING ENEMY TERRITORY WITHOUT SOUND IS LIKE RUNNING WINDOWS....................WHICH IS HELL.
