ebuild for icons or theme ?

Does anyone has seem ebuild for icons or theme for KDE.

I would rather go that direction instead of having multiple installation of the same sets one per user.
And I cannot find any ebuild already made. So before starting to write code, I ask.

Last time I checked /usr/portage/x11-themes still existed.

There's an Ikons and a qinx theme ebuild
