no "look and feel --> theme manager"

im trying to install a theme, but for every help site i go to it gives the same directions. go to look & feel --> theme manager. all with in the control center for KDE 3.2. Well i just dont see it or have it.

first of all, emerge kdeartwork. it has nice themes.

secondly, to install a theme, do the following:

download the tar.bz2 or tar.gz

unpack it (tar -xvjf or tar -xvzf for bz2 and gz respectively)

then go into the newly created dir and do

./configure
make
and then use su to become root and type:
make install

it should show up in the list now.
