the announcment on gentoo's main page stated that if i have 512MB (or more) of ram, its possible to cache the entire game into the RAM and improve performance.
i am (cuurently) testing UT on mandrake 9.
can anyone point me to the right way of doing that ?

I asked it in the "Other Things Gentoo" forum and they told me to use a RAM Disk.
On google I found this link which explains how to create a RAM disk:
