I've got an initial interview, not sure what to expect.

Not worked but was interviewed by them once.

Many rounds, I didn't get far. First round, basic rapid fire... you know what... this could be different from where you're at.

Lots of links available on the net, some true, others fabrication about their interview process. You may look at them.

Otherwise be cool. It is just another company. Shoves corporation down your throat and tells you it is good for you.

First, good luck!

From the couple people I've heard who have interviewed, it's a pathetically lengthy process. Perhaps that's intentional to weed out those who don't worship at the altar of asshat. The multiple-interview process took so long, one person turned down further interviews to take a position elsewhere.

Well there is initial screening by recruiter, then 2 phone interviews by technical people, then one day of on-site interviews (5 of them) more or less, so kinda long.

Also ask your recruiter for reading materials and some videos to watch as preparation for them, and information on recruiting process what you get in response should be helpful.

Good luck!

Sounds like maybe they've refined the process to have fewer interviews. The single day-long interview I'd consider a single interview.

I've heard that they ask strange questions like "if you owned 3 dogs, what cat food would you buy"

That's easy. Any short-hair variety, with the occasional pure-breed thrown in for a treat.

Not true, of course, but that's how I'd answer that question.

Easy one. Whatever catfood draws the kind of cats that the dogs most enjoy eating, of course. :)

Yes, I recall reading that they shortened the process, removed/reduced brainteasers in interviews.
