|
|
When ever I mount a cd-rom, I can't unmount it. And thus eject it.
Even though I am not using the cdrom, it always says that the device is busy when I try to unmount it.
The cd-rom is a cdrw and thus I have the all the required stuff compiled into the kernel.
Might this be the problem? |

You haven't done a cd to a path on the CD, have you? Are there any programs accessing the CD at the time you try do a umount? _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

You have fam-oss running in the default runlevel?
Those two features do not go together in gentoo |
