Hi!
I just installed a new kernel based on 2.6.6-rc1-love1 with my own configuration and got the above stated error message.
An older 2.6.3 vanilla kernel created by genkernel works fine.
My grub.conf includes:
root (hd0,0)
kernel=(hd0,0)/vmlinuz-2.6.6-rc1-love1 root=/dev/hda3
My fstab looks like this:
/dev/hda1 /boot ext2 noauto,noatime 1 1
/dev/hda3 / reiserfs noatime,notail 0 0
reiserfs is compiled into the kernel.
Can anyone help me please?
Thanks a lot.
