i just had gnome 2.6 installed, after emerging, it appears that IMPORTANT: 12 config files in /etc need updating. and after i run env-update && source /etc/profile, there is error as follow /var/lib/init.d/depcache: line 1: w#: command not found. the gnome logout script is also not working correctly. when i choose shutdown or restart the computer, it just restart xserver but no t the computer.
i have no idea what are those 12 conf files and how can i change the script to make it work? |
