|

When will the j2sdk1.4.1fcs ebuild be avalaible?
Truth is i'm kinda new to gentoo (3 days more exactly) and even if i'd be able to hack my own way out of this (and make my own ebuild, based on a previous one) i'd be quite glad to get a 'real' ebuild for this.
PS: how about a FirebirdSS ebuild (why would anyone use FirebirdCS after all - anyway, why not a FirebirdSS ebuild)? |

I wanted it too, so I took the 1.4.1RC ebuild and made an 1.4.1FCS ebuild
out of that. I've submitted it, but it has not yet been processed. If you wan't
to use it, you can get ebuild files for jdk and the docs from https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8291.
You can either copy them directly to your portage tree, or make your own
overlay directory and install from there. If you copy them to your normal
portage directory, they're going to disappear at the next emerge sync. |
