Even right clicking on the desktop makes gnome options pop up.
KDE keeps truckin along though.
-closing Galeon does nothing.
-when I run a KDE apps in Gnome(2) everything behaves.

I was having some stability problems so today I:
-emerge rsync
-emerge portage
-emerge -u world
-emerge -e world (12.5 hours Ouch!)
I am running 1.2 with a 2.4.19r9 kernel
-all built with:
CFLAGS=CXXFLAGS="-march=i686 -O3 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer"

So far so good with the stability, but this bug is still around.
Has anyone seen this before? If so do you know how to fix it?
