i have a reiserfs partition (/) and a reiser4 partition (/home)
how would i go about making my / a reiser4 partition also?
i'm using love sources 2.9 something ...
reiser4 works fine on home
i just wanted to test it
how do i make it my root fs also

If your kernel supports reiser4 (and it was not compiled as a module) it should boot to a reiser4 root partition no problem.
However, if you are looking for a conversion utility: none exist. The only way to convert your / partition would be to copy it to another driver, reformat and copy it back. You could do this from one of the live cds that supports reiser4. |

The only sure way you can do this is by the backup/format/restore procedure. You can also check out ConvertFS. _________________ Nothing can stop me now, cuz I just don't care. |
