erm not really ... but ther eare sooo many its kidna difficult to keep track of all those projects.
I was part of one some years ago which was computing some stuff about proteins and so on .. trying to find a cure for cancer i think it was...
It more reasonable way of using the unused computer cycles than some projects .. like what "came first the egg or the chicken" kinda thing.

That was probably Folding at Home ikaro. I am a part of that and have been for a few years. Best thing you can devote you spare cycles to.

Nah, I'm a dedicated SETI@home user myself... it seems potentially more worthwhile than trying to find more prime numbers. I'll admit though that Folding at Home is probably more worthwhile than SETI@home, but there we go! _________________ No-one's more important than the earthworm. |
