lots of problems with themes

basically, ive been messing about alot with the themes, and i remember reading something that got me changing a lot of things to install metacity, but ive changed that to sawfish, and all the themes have got messed up so basically my desktop looks really hideous: http://thecoop.dyndns.org/screenshot.png

can anyone direct me to the metacity article (im almost certain it was on a gentoo server), or tell me how do get a proper, consistant theme?

also, is there a gnububble theme for mozilla?
