Technotes disappeared ?

Hi,

when I click on the "Gentoo/AMD64 Installation Technotes" link in the sticky thread on top of forum, since shortly I just get the AMD64 project page.
Has the location of "Gentoo/AMD64 Installation Technotes" changed ?
