-- cut
configure: error: libpreloadable_libintl.so required (gettext 0.12+)
-- cut
I have gettext 0.12, recompiled glibc/binutils/gettext/Locale-gettext/intltools
Nothing.
If it matters, my make.conf changes:
-- cut
CHOST="sparc-sun4u-linux-gnu"
CFLAGS="-mcpu=ultrasparc -O2 -pipe"
CXXFLAGS="${CFLAGS}"
ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~sparc"
-- cut |

There's a bug open on this somewhere... Sorry, don't have access to my email right now, so I can't give you the number. IIRC the solution is to either re-emerge gettext or USE="-nls". |

Shaman,
set the USE = "-nls'
This will allow you to emerge help2man.
I had this same error. bug number is 42290.
See my post yesterday about help2man 1.33 . |
