Hi
I wondered how ebuild scripts should be written for programs which doesnt use autoconf or doesnt need compiling.
Like wish scripts for example which need no compiling and only wants to put a script in /usr/bin and perhaps an icon in /usr/share/pixmaps
They often come with an config.sh or similar. But if its interactive its useless.
And how to not irritate the sandbox? |

If you haven't seen it already, the Gentoo Developers' HOWTO is a good starting point. _________________ For every higher wall, there is a taller ladder |
