1152x864@85hz geht jetzt...ABER nun hat Monitor Gelbstich

Hallo Leute,

Mein Monitor (19" Belinea 106020) macht nur 75hz bei einer Auflösung von 1152x864. Das geht mit der Zeit ganz schön auf die Augen.

Unter Windows hatte ich immer 85hz und das war ok für mich.

Bin noch nicht so der Profi in Linux aber alle Versuche die xf86config zu bearbeiten schlugen bisher fehl. Hab auch schon ein paar Modelines in die Datei kopiert. Danach lief mein Monitor mit 100hz, was auch nicht so berauschend war.

Kann mir bitte jemand weiterhelfen?

Meine GraKa: Geforce 4 Ti4200 (Pixelview)
Meine Daten zum Monitor: Belinea 106020 19"
Horizontalfrequenz: 30-95 Khz
Vertikalfrequenz: 50-150 Khz

Danke für den Tipp, doch leider funktioniert das auch nicht. Deine Vorgehensweise bezieht sich ja auf den Originaltreiber von Nvidia. Den hab ich aber nicht installiert.

Wie genau sieht denn Deine xf86config aus?

Haste Du oder jemand anderes noch eine Idee?

Mit der folgenden ModeLine bekommst Du 85 Herz

# V-freq: 85.00 Hz // h-freq: 77.39 KHz
Modeline "1152x864" 129.39 1152 1216 1376 1672 864 864 867 910

Bloss mit den Modifizierern -hsync usw. am Zeilenende musst Du probieren.

Das hat schon mal hingehauen, nur hat meine Monitor jetzt einen extremen Gelbstich.

Was sind denn das für Modifizierer (hsync) und was bewirken die?
Hab mal ein -hsync an die Modeline angehängt aber der Gelbstich ist immer noch da...

Jetzt wirds echt verrückt...und zwar:

Bei DefaultDepth 8 = Bild hat Blaustich
Bei DefaultDepth 16 = Bild hat Gelbstich
Bei DefaultDepth 24 = Bild hat Grünstich

Wie gesagt, bin noch nicht so der Fachmann.
