|
|
Hi everyone,
I've configured ACME daemon to be able to use my keyboard's multimedia keys. Now that is it working though, I find that little icon in the notification area a little annoying and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it. Is there anyway to use ACME but just having it in background so that it still work without me seeing it as a true little demon, I mean daemon. _________________ m1rage |

I don't think so. From my experience with it it cannot be done. _________________ [ blaksaga.com ] |

acme has been merged into control-center for gnome-2.6 and will no longer sit in the sys tray. |

Thanks for the info dst! Good thing it's kind of sitting there for nothing once it's configured
Guess I will wait for 2.6 to go stable then.
