I want to install Gentoo, but I want to do almost a full net-install. However, my connection to the internet is over a 3COM Wireless PCI network-adapter. This card work when using the linux-wlan prosject, but can I get it work when installing Gentoo?

I've done this on numerous installs. I did nothing different than what was outlined in the installation instructions.
There is one caveat though: I was unable to do this if the wireless network was using WEP. With an open network, as I siad, the installation was normal, but when I enabled WEP, I was unable to configure the wireless card during the installation process. _________________ "Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy"

What modules do you load? According to the installation-guide, I should just type "net-setup eth0", but we both know that didn't work.
I did of course try "wlan0", even loaded one module "orinoco_plx", but it didn't help.
What did you do exactly? And what 3COM card do you have? I have a 3crwe777a PCI card (with a pcmcia-card onto).
