|
|
Hi,
I've recently installed gentoo on a dusted UltraSparc 1... Took me a long time to get a stage 1 install up-and-running, but I got it going finally.
The box has 2 ZeitNet ATM interfaces build in and I want to use them too So I reconfigured the kernel with ATM support, and the zatm driver as a module...
However at depmod, I already get the following error message:
Code: |
/lib/modules/2.4.24-sparc-r2/kernel/drivers/atm/zatm.o: unresolved symbol bus_to_virt_not_defined_use_pci_map
/lib/modules/2.4.24-sparc-r2/kernel/drivers/atm/zatm.o: unresolved symbol virt_to_bus_not_defined_use_pci_map
|
A quick google on the error only brought up a related kernel bug (AFAICT) but nothing on this subject...
Anybody can shed some light on this subject ? _________________ Regards,

It looks like the zatm driver is for PCI cards only, where as your cards would be sbus. It looks like currently the fore200e drivers is the the only sbus atm driver in the kernel. If you're willing to spend the time it might be possible to add sbus support to the zatm driver. |
