Having nVIDIA lock (FIX) up problems?

Yeah me tooooo


Set in the BIOS all the memory setting to the slowest option and your system should run stable.

Kill all the AUTO settings.


Must be a memory issue between the nvidia driver and the memory bus. Just a guess but it works...

Argh... I meant lock up problems while running GLX applications and games as well.

It's more like a quick-fix but it worked wonders on my machine... I don't play anyway, I don't really care how fast my xscreensaver is running!
