For some reason my Logitech Wireless Wheelmouse isn't working (USB connection). It is being identified properly when I plug it, but if I cat /dev/input/mice, I get nothing. I'm not using hotplug, by the way. Does anyone hav any ideas?
[edit]
Using the 2.4.22 gentoo-sources kernel. |

modprobe uhci-hcd
Make sure you have the appropriate support in your kernel.
For console get gpm for X just configure and poing to /dev/input/mice it should work...if not check your kernel configuration.
If everything is ok you should see something similar with this:

Heh, just after I posted, I realized that I was missing one of the required modules. Installed it, and now it's working fine. |
